Top 10 Must-Have Apps

The following are not in any specific order; this list simply consists of what I think are apps you most definitely should have!

  1. Canva: This is a graphic designing app, which helps you make logos, covers, social media stories, business cards and practically everything. What I like most about this app is that its mostly free and provides various templates that you can use if you’re not sure where you want to start.
  2. Cam Scanner: This is useful for when you have to submit written work online. The app edits the pictures to make them look professional, so that it doesn’t look like your little brother took a picture of an illegible assignment.
  3. PicsArt/Snapseed: Both of these apps are amazing photo editors and have loads of features that you can add to give your pictures a glow up!
  4. Background Eraser: The name is pretty self-explanatory. This app lets you clear the background of your images, which can be used to, for example, blend into another.
  5. Plant Nanny: This app helps you track the amount of water you drink daily and if you do not meet your goals, the plant you’re growing will die 😦 but on the bright side, it does notify you regularly so that you remember to have water!
  6. Medication Reminder and Pill Tracker: This app is perfect for those on medication; it reminds you about when you’re supposed to be taking your medicines and records your medicinal intakes.
  7. FLIP- Focus Timer for Study: From features like time measurement and timetables to setting due dates and seeing your school’s ranking, this app is perfect for students all around the world.
  8. Photomath: Needed a shortcut to math work? Well, here it is. You can take a picture of your math questions and this app will give you both, the answers and the working! It even explains different steps and for the most part, it is free. If there’s a problem with the app not understanding the question, you can even type it in!
  9. Coursera: This is perfect for those who don’t want to stop learning just because they’re not in school; this app offers quite a lot of free courses that you can take online and even lets you purchase certificates once you’ve completed them.
  10. Lumosity: This is considered to be one of the best brain-training programs, which exercises your memory, problem-solving skills and more!
