Restaurant Review: Dampa

I’m just going to say it; Dampa changed my ‘I cannot have seafood at all‘ statement into ‘Oh my gosh, this is heaven’.

The Details

The best part about Dampa, apart from the heavenly taste of the food and staff”s joyful attitude, is that it’s actually fun to eat; a plastic sheet is spread out on the table and the food is dumped onto it from buckets (hence, the name ‘Dampa’), which we then have to eat with our gloved hands.

It might seem slightly strange at first, but I didn’t mind it at all because of my experience with wing stop and buffalo wild wings. I’m not even kidding, the rice literally melts into your mouth and the seafood platter has this spicy gravy that is one of a kind.

The Rating

The Covid-19 situation isn’t really helping my craving for Dampa at the moment. *Insert disappointed face*. I’d give a straight up 10/10 for this place.
